Lazy Panda can help you back up and recover your phone data conveniently.

Connect your phone to your computer and run Lazy Panda. Click on the System Tool button, and then the Backup icon to enter the Backup interface.

As shown in the picture below, Lazy Panda allows you to back up SMS, Call Log and Contact Info. Tick the box in front of what you want to back up and click the Backup button.
