Lazy Panda offers you a convenient bookmarks management tool. You can manage IE mobile bookmarks from your computer conveniently.

Connect your phone to your computer and run Lazy Panda. Click on the Media button, and then the Bookmarks icon to enter the Bookmarks interface.
